Improve Finances with the Law of Attraction
Did you know that your attitude towards money is the biggest barrier that keeps you from attaining financial freedom? Money is a fundamental necessity which makes us think of how to improve our finances. Money exerts more power over us than any other single commodity. If we let it, it can rule our lives.
What separates the rich from the poor is not just the amount of money they possess. People who are financially successful tend to think differently. How can we learn to develop the thinking pattern that attracts riches?
The number one reason most people learn about the law of attraction is to manifest financial abundance. While the different tools can be successfully used to attract financial success, manifesting abundance needs dedication, hard work, patience, and persistence.
The universe will start to support your financial dreams when you believe in yourself, become persistent, and look for ways to tackle your ambitious goals. The journey of improving finances through financial abundance starts from within. Wealth is a state of mind, and when you learn how to attain that state of mind, your life will change forever.

Taking Your “Financial Thermostat”
The very first thing you should do to attain financial abundance is to set your financial thermostat. Many hardworking people fail to do well in life because they live with a setting of their financial thermostat that they have been accustomed to from their upbringing.
You will only have the amount of money that you can comfortably handle. If your financial thermostat is set for thousands, you will still end up with having thousands no matter how many millions you own by accident. According to research, 70 percent of people who win the lottery end up returning to their original financial state, no matter how big their winnings were.
How much money do you need to live your dream? Do not worry if it requires a thousand times more than what you have now. Set your financial thermostat for that amount. When a negative thought starts to creep in like, “You do not deserve that!” Challenge the thought and say, “Of course I do!” Keep enforcing positive thoughts to break through your limiting money beliefs.
How to Start a Healthy Relationship with Money
People who spend more than what they earn often do not maintain a healthy relationship with money. Money is viewed with fear and frustration instead of treating money like a trusted friend. This unhealthy relationship with money focuses on scarcity rather than abundance. According to the law of attraction, if you rest your focus on scarcity, you will only attract scarcity.
Spend some time to understand your money behaviors and financial self-image to be able to change your relationship with money. Forgive yourself for the money mistakes you have made in the past. It will be hard to make real progress if we fail to forgive ourselves. Let go of the past and embrace your current financial situation.
Face your money fears. Set aside an hour every week to review your checking and savings accounts and credit card balances.
Use affirmations to help cultivate a positive money mindset and improve your relationship with money:
- The universe is a constant supplier of money for me.
- I love money and money loves me back.
- I’m consciously happy and positive about money.
- There are no limits to the amount of money I can possess.
- My relationship with money is thriving.
Start Developing Rich Habits
Habits shape our lives probably more than we realize. Habits can make you rich or poor or keep you stuck in the middle. Habits may be the basis of your success or downfall because almost half of our daily activities are habits.
You have to adopt rich habits and drop poor habits to achieve financial abundance. Start by drawing two columns on a piece of paper. List down your bad daily habits under the first column. In the second column, list down the opposite which are going to be your new habits that will lead to abundance.
For example:
Bad daily habits | Good daily habits |
I don’t exercise regularly | I will exercise 30 minutes every day. |
I go to bed late at night | I’ll go to bed between 10 and 10:30 pm every night. |
I always leave things to the last minute | I’ll make sure to accomplish every task on my to-do list everyday |
I use the cell phone before bedtime | I won’t use the cellphone before bedtime |
I eat too much junk foods | I’ll cut the junk food from my day and save it as a treat. |
Shifting your mindset from scarcity to abundance may need some work but it will not be difficult when you do it one step at a time. Improve your relationship with money and set your financial thermostat. Develop rich habits and continue to work on your vision. Soon, the universe will guide you toward your goal and start bringing financial
