When you master the magic of the law of attraction, you can use it in all aspects of your life, including achieving good health. There are manifestation tools that you can use to attain your desired health condition. Here are three steps on how to achieve perfect health using the law of attraction.
- Set Measurable Health Goals
A common mistake many people make is to make a general statement for their ultimate health goal. Statements like “I want to eat healthy!” or “I want to be lean!” may be motivating, but setting specific health goals helps you direct your efforts at areas of your health that you want to change.
Set measurable health goals. For example, instead of just saying “Getting in shape!” use specific statements like, “Joining the gym and working out four days a week for the next 3 months.” Set realistic goals along with a schedule of how and when to accomplish them. This will prevent your plans from discouraging you when you fail to make the desired progress. Also, think of a reward that you can give yourself as you accomplish each goal.
Consider using a vision board to motivate you. A vision board is a self-made poster or cork board that contains words and images that evoke the feelings you associate with the things you desire to achieve. You can cut out pictures of some celebrities with the level of fitness that you want to achieve. Add some inspirational quotes and images that represent your goal. Put the board in a place where you can see it and set aside a few minutes every day to look at the board.

Visualization or mental imagery is a key part of the success in using the law of attraction. Practicing mental imagery through meditation will generate a force of energy that will draw into your life the changes you need to achieve your health goal. Here’s how to use guided imagery to improve various aspects of your health.
Find a quiet place to sit down for several minutes. Take a few deep breaths and close your eyes. Deep breathing helps calm your mind. Imagine yourself sitting in a movie theatre. Activate the screen by pressing a button on your seat’s armrest.
The movie starts. You are the main character of the movie. Vividly imagine each and every little detail. Bring in color and sound. Press the button on the armrest that opens a door in the screen and lets you enter into the movie. Now get off your chair. Walk up to the screen and enter into the movie.
Visualize a situation that makes you vulnerable to cravings if your goal is to remove high-calorie food from your diet and eat healthy. For instance, picture yourself home alone with all your favorite high-calorie food in front of you. Imagine the color and smell the delicious aroma. Allow the craving to develop. Now envision yourself setting aside the food and eating a healthy salad. Feel that you have a strong metabolic system and the food you are eating supports your muscular growth. Eat with the content that your body is healthy and fit. Activate your senses and enjoy the salad.
Picture yourself in the gym if your goal is to get in shape. Visualize the environment with the racks of dumbbells, stacks of iron plates, and rows of fitness machines. Feel the sweat, the burn in your muscles, and the pace of your breathing as you perform each exercise. Imagine the flawless execution. Feel your lean body and tight skin. Imagine that your body is gradually transforming into the perfect shape as you perform the workouts.
Keep in mind that you are not watching a movie. You are in the movie. Envision yourself as the main character with good health.
- Use Affirmations
Now stand in front of a mirror. You are looking fit and beautiful with your ideal weight. Admire your new look and repeat the following affirmations:
- I love and approve of myself.
- I have all it takes to make positive changes in my life.
- I am in sound mind, body, and spirit.
- I always push through the pain.
- Every day I am getting closer to achieving my ideal body.
- I spontaneously let go the desire to eat food that is bad for my body.
- I envision my ideal body and take action to make it happen.
- I am confident in my body and have perfectly good health.
The law of attraction responds to your thoughts. Spend more time thinking about good health and less time thinking about illness and an unhealthy lifestyle. A positive healthy mindset will help you use the energy of attraction to achieve your desired fitness.
